One of the several high-rise towers built around the city for elderly residents, this suffers from the usual attendant woes: large size but no real scale, the lack of an urban relationship with the street, and banality of the little detail that does exist. In its favor is the ample amount of space devoted to the windows, allowing for fine views in all directions from this eminent site. While buildings of this type can serve their constituents quite well, more considerate planning and detailing could have made this an even more enjoyable experience for the community gathered within.
