The earliest tenants of this modern commercial building, constructed around 1950, were C & Z Construction and attorney Martin Zeitz. By 1953, all of the tenants were lawyers. In 1960, the building housed Gracious Living Inc., a distributor of mail order homes, as well as other tenants. In 1971, the building was named the Senak Building after the Senak Company of America, which sold household equipment. At that time, the sole tenant was Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
