Brown continued the red-brick Georgian mode well into the twentieth century, as seen in these buildings, all but Caswell by Day & Klauder, the country’s premier early twentieth-century college-building architects. Caswell, by local architects Hoppin & Ely, is yet another riff on the formula used first on the campus in University Hall (College Edifice).
