Built by Gershom Jones, a pewterer, and then sold to John Howland in 1784 (3rd from right in above image). This 2-1/2 story Colonial home features clapboard, a gable roof and center chimney. Its 5-bay facade has a central doorway trimmed with pilasters and a pediment.
