This large and imposing brick cube of a house shows Providence’s longtime love for this form. Here the topography is exploited to provide one entrance for family and social callers on the uphill Angell Street side and one for clients of Jenckes, a lawyer with a United States Supreme Court practice, on the downhill Benefit Street side.
