Architect Frederick E. Field got a lot of mileage out of this Queen Anne design. It exists in at least two other minor variations on Oriole Avenue. It occurs near the end of a group of houses slightly earlier and much more Victorian than the Colonial Revival that predominates nearer the crest of the hill.
